These Terms, Policies, and Cancellation provisions apply to all services offered through RHOBHSedonaTrip.com, in partnership with The Best of Sedona and The Little Daisy Jerome.

Our Role

RHOBHSedonaTrip.com provides concierge planning, itinerary design, and booking coordination services. We do not own, operate, or control hotels, vacation rentals, transportation providers, tour operators, dining venues, or experience providers unless explicitly stated.

All accommodations, activities, transportation, and services are provided by independent third-party vendors.

Concierge Fees

Concierge retainers and planning fees compensate for professional services, including itinerary design, coordination, and local expertise.

• Concierge fees are disclosed prior to engagement
• Concierge fees are non-refundable once planning begins
• Concierge fees are separate from all third-party costs
   

Payments & Authorization

Clients authorize the use of a credit card for approved third-party bookings, including accommodations, transportation, dining, and experiences.

• Charges are made only for services approved by the client
• Payment information is collected and stored securely
• No bookings will proceed without client authorization
   

Cancellations & Refunds

Concierge Services
All concierge fees are non-refundable once planning begins.

Third-Party Services
Cancellations, refunds, or credits for accommodations and experiences are governed solely by the policies of third-party vendors. RHOBHSedonaTrip.com cannot override or alter supplier policies.

Force Majeure

RHOBHSedonaTrip.com is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, illness, labor disputes, or supplier closures.

Affiliate & Referral Disclosure

Referral fees, commissions, or affiliate compensation may be received through our partner network. These relationships do not affect client pricing unless explicitly disclosed.

Assumption of Risk

Certain activities may involve inherent risk. By participating, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and experience participation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RHOBHSedonaTrip.com and The Best of Sedona shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party services, travel disruptions, or experience participation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an inquiry, engaging services, authorizing bookings, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, Policies, and Cancellation provisions.
