What does the concierge retainer include?
The concierge retainer covers professional planning services, including itinerary design, experience curation, and coordination. It does not include accommodations, dining, transportation, or third-party experience costs.
Are concierge fees refundable?
Concierge fees are non-refundable once planning begins, as they compensate for time, expertise, and services already rendered.
How are accommodations and experiences booked?
With your authorization, we coordinate bookings through trusted third-party partners. Charges for accommodations and experiences are billed directly to your authorized payment method.
Can I approve charges before bookings are made?
Yes. You may request approval prior to each charge, or allow bookings to proceed based on the plan discussed during the design phase.
Do you mark up experiences?
